Whether you’re embarking on your first journey of self-discovery or you’ve been on a path of personal growth for years, the protocol is designed to meet you where you are and guide you gently forward.
Suitable for Everybody
The 1-on-1 protocol is open to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. However, we recommend that participants be at least 18 years old due to the mature themes discussed during sessions.
Ongoing Support
We offer ongoing support and resources to participants after the protocol ends, including access to online communities, follow-up sessions, and additional resources for continued growth and integration.
