1. Personal Evolution

Our first objective is to create a method and a space where people can evolve to the most happy and fulfilled version of themselves. We encourage all individuals to know their own self and follow their vocation.

2. Emotional Healing

The second objective of Eve Method is to help people to heal emotionally through the power of guided meditation and loving touch. When our emotional system is healed, usually mental and physical healing occurs as well.

 

3. Deep Relaxation

In our fast paced world most people are living a constant state of stress without even being aware of it. That’s why our third objective is to learn to relax our bodies and nervous systems and live in a constant state of inner peace.

Our Mission

We create safe spaces where people can heal through mindfulness and touch. 

We create safe spaces where people can heal emotionally and evolve through the practice of guided meditations combined with affectionate touch, hugs, emotional support. Optionally, we organize groups for those that want to explore and express their eros energy as well. Our goal is to create a compassionate community where every member is seen, valued, and celebrated.
You will not meet random strangers here. We have put in place a strict selection process through which we ensure that you will meet only kind, mindful and compassionate individuals.

Gradual Interaction

Even though many people are aware of the benefits of affectionate touch for their physical and mental health, it’s not easy at all to find a magical place where they can fulfill this need. It’s understandable that some people are not open to go into a room full of strangers and receive affection, physical touch or hugs. That’s why you won’t be meeting random strangers here — you’ll be part of a carefully curated, supportive community.
Before attending group sessions, new members will meet with 1-on-1 with one of our trustworthy members and form a connection with them. This allows for a gentle introduction to the community and helps ensure a smooth transition into group settings.

Touch Starvation (Lack of Touch) harmful effects:

Weakened Immune System

Psychological Science study from 2018 (Cohen et al.) demonstrated that individuals who received hugs exhibited stronger immune responses, with fewer and less severe symptoms of upper respiratory infections. Touch triggers oxytocin release, which reduces inflammation and supports immune function. In contrast, touch deprivation leaves the body in a chronic stress state, suppressing immunity and increasing disease susceptibility (Does Hugging Provide Stress-Buffering Social Support?)

Anxiety and Depression

A 2021 study, “Social touch deprivation during COVID-19: effects on psychological wellbeing and craving interpersonal touch,” published in Royal Society Open Science, surveyed 1,746 participants during the pandemic. It revealed that touch deprivation was strongly linked to increased anxiety and depressive symptoms. The absence of tactile interaction intensified feelings of social disconnection (Social touch deprivation during COVID-19).

 

Sleep Disturbances

A 2015 study in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, “The Role of Physical Touch in Sleep Quality,” found that participants who received physical touch (e.g., a partner’s embrace) before bed reported better sleep quality and reduced sleep latency. Touch lowers heart rate and stimulates relaxation through the vagus nerve, while its absence keeps the nervous system in a state of hyperarousal, contributing to sleep difficulties (The Role of Physical Touch in Sleep Quality).

Touch deprivation (lack of touch) is a silent epidemic with profound consequences for both physical and emotional well-being. Research also links touch starvation to higher blood pressure, disrupted sleep, and even a reduced capacity for empathy and social bonding. Without nurturing physical contact, humans become disconnected—not only from each other but also from the deeper sense of a happy fulfilled life.

Platonic Groups

Most of our groups are combining mindful practices with platonic touch – holding hands, hugs, soft massages. This is where majority of the people that are joining our project are staying throughout their healing journey.

Optional Eros Groups

As on option, people can also join groups where they can explore and express their erotic energy. We are aware that for some people is very important to express their Eros energy, so having this option for them is a must.

Women's Only Groups

Optionally, we also organize Women’s Only Groups, providing a safe and nurturing space for women to explore mindful practices, connection, emotional healing, and self-expression.
